Matt Reed

Hello, my name is Matt Reed. I was born and raised in Indiana before moving down to Stanley, NC in January 2020. Where I finally found a forever baseball family! I am the assistant coach for the Carolina Hammerheads 17u baseball team as well as the starting centerfielder for the 18u Carolina Hammerheads. I have been playing baseball just about my whole life. I have been very interested into coaching since I started to playing the game.  I wanted a chance to experience coaching and see the game from a different perspective. I have been a part of the Carolina Hammerheads organization for 3 to 4 years and I couldn't imagine a better baseball organization to start my career of coaching!
